User Responsibilities

- Respecting copyright laws and intellectual property rights
- Using the application only for lawful purposes
- Maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials
- Ensuring uploaded content does not violate platform policies

You must ensure that:
- All uploaded content is original or properly licensed
- You have rights to use any third-party content

Platform Integration (YouTube & TikTok)
The application integrates with external platforms through official APIs:
- You must comply with YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok Terms of Service
- The application only uploads content you explicitly choose and authorize
- You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to your channels/accounts
- Platforms may suspend or terminate your access for policy violations
AI Content Generation
AI-generated content:
- May not always be perfect or accurate
- Should be reviewed before publishing
- Does not guarantee viral success or specific performance results
- May contain biases present in training data
Intellectual Property
- The Auto Clipper AI application and its code are protected by copyright laws
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application
- AI-generated content metadata belongs to you, the user
- You retain full ownership of your uploaded videos and content
Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or content
- YouTube or TikTok account suspension or termination
- API quota limitations or outages
- Third-party service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage
Termination
